Charges

We recognise that repairs can be a major overhead for buy-to-let Landlords. We aim to provide the highest quality service and ensure that tenants are satisfied while managing this key overhead. We do not take commission from our suppliers. We do not charge a mark-up on repair costs. We are always happy to use other contractors and if you prefer we are more than happy to use your own trusted contractors. 


Our management fee includes all routine repairs on rented property. For more significant projects or refurbishments our sister company can provide a full project management service. We offer a highly competitive fixed fee for managing a property or a percentage fee for rent collection and management. Our ethos is to be fully transparent in our charging structure.
